Built in 1923, this home was given a total renovation that was in keeping with the many historic features and styles that were original to the house.
Many features were restored including heart pine flooring, plaster walls, cherry paneling and the tile roof.
The elevator, which was original to the home, was removed to make room for a new kitchen, breakfast room and living area.
The large sitting room upstairs was transformed into a new master bathroom.
The back screen porch was converted into a mudroom and pantry which you enter from the new covered parking area.
The large carriage house doors were custom built by a local carpenter to match the original doors.
The landscaping and outdoor kitchen were completely redesigned and updated to include an outdoor fireplace, sink and modern appliances.
